📺 Smart TV (Samsung / LG / Android TV)

Most modern Smart TVs support IPTV via dedicated apps or a built-in browser. The easiest method is an IPTV player app.

1

Open the App Store on your TV

Samsung: Smart Hub → Apps. LG: LG Content Store. Android TV: Google Play Store.

2

Install an IPTV Player

Search for "IPTV Smarters", "TiviMate", or "XCIPTV Player". These are the most popular and well-supported options.

3

Open the app and select "Add Playlist"

Choose either M3U URL or Xtream Codes API — your IPTV provider will give you login credentials.

4

Enter your subscription details

Paste the M3U link or fill in the Xtream Codes server/username/password provided by your service.

5

Load and enjoy

The app will import your playlist. Browse categories and start watching.

💡 Tip: TiviMate is highly recommended for Android TV — it has the best UI and EPG support. It requires a one-time purchase for premium features.

🤖 Android TV Box

Android TV boxes are the most flexible IPTV devices — they run standard Android apps and have full Google Play access.

1

Connect your box to the TV via HDMI

Power on and complete the initial Android setup (Wi-Fi, Google account).

2

Open Google Play Store

Search for "TiviMate" or "IPTV Smarters Pro" and install your preferred player.

3

Add your IPTV subscription

Use M3U URL or Xtream Codes credentials from your provider. Enter them in the app's "Add Playlist" section.

4

Configure EPG (optional)

Add your provider's EPG URL to get the full program guide. Your service should provide this link.

💡 Tip: Use an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi whenever possible for the most stable streaming experience.

🎮 Kodi

Kodi is a powerful open-source media player. IPTV is added via the built-in PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on.

1

Open Kodi and go to Add-ons

From the home screen: Add-ons → My add-ons → PVR clients

2

Enable "PVR IPTV Simple Client"

Click Configure → enter your M3U URL in the "M3U Play List URL" field.

3

Add EPG URL (optional)

In the same settings page, paste your provider's XMLTV EPG URL to enable the program guide.

4

Enable the add-on and restart Kodi

After restarting, your channels will appear under TV in the main menu.

🔶 VLC Player

VLC is the simplest way to open an M3U playlist on any device — no extra setup required.

1

Download and install VLC

Available free at videolan.org for Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android.

2

Open VLC → Media → Open Network Stream

On mobile: tap the "+" icon → "Network stream".

3

Paste your M3U playlist URL

Copy the M3U link from your IPTV provider dashboard and paste it into VLC.

4

Click Play

VLC will load the playlist and you can browse available content.

💡 Note: VLC doesn't have a built-in EPG viewer. For a better experience with program guides, consider TiviMate or IPTV Smarters.

🍎 iPhone / iPad (iOS)

iOS has several good IPTV apps available on the App Store. GSE Smart IPTV and IPTV Smarters are the most popular.

1

Open the App Store

Search for "IPTV Smarters Pro" or "GSE Smart IPTV" and install your chosen app.

2

Launch the app and add your playlist

Tap "Add Playlist" and choose between M3U URL or Xtream Codes API login.

3

Enter credentials from your provider

Copy the exact URL or Xtream login details provided after you subscribe.

4

Load playlist and browse

The app will load your content list. Use the built-in EPG if your provider supports it.

🖥️ Windows / Mac

Desktop users can use VLC for quick access or a dedicated IPTV player for a better experience.

1

Install a desktop player

Options: VLC (free, cross-platform), Kodi (advanced), or check if your IPTV provider has a dedicated desktop app.

2

Get your M3U URL from your provider

Log in to your IPTV account and copy the M3U playlist URL from your dashboard.

3

Open the URL in your player

VLC: Media → Open Network Stream → paste URL. Kodi: see Kodi guide above.

📡 MAG Set-Top Box

MAG boxes use a "portal URL" method. Your IPTV provider needs to support MAG portal provisioning.

1

Power on the MAG box and open Settings

Navigate to: Settings → System Settings → Servers → Portals.

2

Enter your Portal URL

Your provider will give you a portal URL (format: http://...) when you subscribe with your MAC address.

3

Save and reboot

Confirm the settings, reboot the device, and the service will load automatically via the portal.

💡 Note: You will need to provide your MAG box MAC address to your IPTV provider when subscribing for this method to work.

🔥 Amazon Fire Stick / Fire TV

Fire Stick supports IPTV apps both from the Amazon App Store and via sideloading (APK).

1

Search the Amazon App Store first

Search for "IPTV Smarters" — it is available natively without sideloading.

2

To sideload TiviMate: enable unknown sources

Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options → Apps from Unknown Sources → ON.

3

Install "Downloader" from the App Store

Use Downloader to enter the APK URL for TiviMate or your preferred player, then install.

4

Add your IPTV subscription

Open the installed app and enter your M3U URL or Xtream Codes login details.
